Dr. Kate Outten, affectionately known as Dr. O, is an educator, advocate, author, and founder of Dr. O’s Educational Services. With more than 20 years of experience as a teacher, instructional coach, principal, and professor, she has dedicated her life to ensuring every child receives the high-quality education they deserve.
As an immigrant, mother, and MiMi (grandmother), Dr. O is passionate about creating spaces where all children can thrive—especially Black and Brown students, students with disabilities, and those from historically marginalized communities. Her work is rooted in the belief that every child has limitless potential, and every family deserves strong support on their educational journey.
Through Dr. O’s Educational Services, she offers:
